Captain Perry Texas Ranger Museum
presents the
Texas Ranger Memorial Wall

There is an opportunity for you to remember a gallant member of the men and women who have served honorably in the Texas Rangers. The Texas Ranger Memorial Wall is a memorial located at the Captain Perry Texas Ranger Museum, 404 West Main in Johnson City, Texas.

Instatement on the Texas Ranger Memorial Wall is open to anyone who has rendered service in any of the units, which are recognized as Texas Rangers by the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame. These include, but are not limited to; Texas Mounted Gunmen companies, Mounted Spy companies, Mounted Volunteer units, Confederate States of America Frontier Forces (In State Service), county Minute-men companies, Texas State Frontier Forces, Governor appointed Texas Rangers, and Department of Public Safety Texas Rangers.

The Perry Museum Advisory Board, who will determine if the qualifications of instatement have been met, will review all applications. Individuals need not be deceased to qualify for instatement.

A fee of $25.00 payable to the Captain Perry Texas Ranger Museum will be required with each application.

Instated individuals will be recognized on the Texas Ranger Memorial Wall, with a brass plaque indicating the person's name, rank, name of unit in which they served, and date of service. Individuals who served in multiple units will be recognized for only one unit per each application. Separate plaques may be sought for other units in which an individual served.
